Quote:"A new DNA structure inside human cells known as the “i-motif”, has been identified by scientists.

This form resembles a twisted “knot” of DNA, instead of the well-known double helix first described by James Watson and Francis Crick.

Lab work has previously suggested the existence of DNA in this form, but this is the first time it has been observed in living cells.

The scientists are not exactly sure what the function the i-motif is, but they suspect it is involved with the process of “reading” DNA sequences and converting them into useful substances."

“The i-motif is a four-stranded ‘knot’ of DNA,” said Professor Marcel Dinger, the study’s other co-leader."

It shows just how little we understand about the way all this works, but this may bring us a bit closer eventually.

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

Yeah, it adds some info and brings that whole theory together.

Regarding DNA, keep in mind that when they mapped our genome they ended up with 98% of our DNA being what they term "junk DNA" meaning they have no idea what it is for.

98%...

Think about that...

God knows what would happen if we found a way to turn that on.

I still think it has something to do with the programming of our life in the simulation.

Or it can be what will eventually lead to super powers.

No, really...
