Quote:Intelligence officials say President Trump might have damaged relations with allies, who will now be more cautious in sharing sensitive information with the United States. Democrats say he’s a hypocrite, having lambasted Hillary Clinton for her own handling of classified information. But when Trump spoke about highly classified information with Russian officials in a White House meeting last week, he did not break the law, legal analysts say.

The president is essentially the ultimate arbiter of what is classified and what is not. While the heads of particular agencies also have original classification authority — the power to deem material classified or not classified — their authority is limited to their departments and bound by their departments’ particular rules.

The president, as the head of the executive branch, knows no such restrictions — his power on the matter comes straight from the Constitution

The Media/Democrats/Left/ propaganda train just left the tracks. It would be nice to see stricter liable laws pass, so the next time they pull something out of their ass and get caught in a lie, they would owe the individual slandered 30% of their revenue for ten years.

Yeah, lots of people mentioned that when the non story first broke. The Washington Post is like the Weekly World News batboy.jpg Not good.
I'd love to see a centrist news agency, CNN and NBC are too far left and Fox is too far right, can't we just get coverage without bias? Is that so damn hard?

All of this is hot air and a result of the Democrats losing the election and Trump in the process of undoing everything Obama did. This is a democracy in action, maybe they should get over it.

If they want to win any elections yeah. I used to be a Dem until three years into Obama's 1st term. I liked him, but everything he did was horse hockey. Charming don't cut it. Nobody fared worse under him than blacks. He and his MSM cheerleaders own Trump being in office, and I dare say if they went with Sanders we would not be discussing this.
