Spring time in New England where and when its a frigid 20 F degrees outside right now along with brutal 40 MPH arctic winds tearing down our temperatures to about 0 F degrees with around 2 to 4 inches of more snow expected to fall Friday night and so bringing our total snow fall accumulations this season up to an amazing and frightening 10 Feet so far like wtf...

You know the food that swishes around in the dishwasher and basically goes nowhere, except back onto the dishes? Well a macerator is something like a disposal and filtering mechanism, whereby the particles of food are collected so as to remove or reduce the particles from coating the clean dishes at the end of the cycle. I am hoping. I read four reviews on this model, two good and two bad, but it matches my fridge, and was on sale, so I bought it.

I've never had a dishwasher. Oh i was given one to fill the gap in my cupboards but it never worked, didn't even look like it would. And my new kitchen isn't designed for one.

But very cool! I hope it works like it's supposed to! woohoo.gif

I've had a bit of experience with dishwashers and appliances, and they never seem to be quite as good as one thinks they should be. Next, a new gas stove with easy to clean top.

We've had unusually nice and warm weather here this spring, but winter is coming back on Sunday. Oh well, it's to be expected. It's usually what April brings, but I'll take an early spring blizzard as well.

A warm winter is not a good deal for everyone. We have this island about a half hour drive outside the coast here. There's an ice road out there in the winters where there's a restaurant and a popular place for ice walkers, skiers, sleds etc etc... but it's been too warm for that this year. The ice is bad.
