I got the blinging light like I stared in to the sun for too long, I can't seem to spell properly OR read. Everything seems jumbled.

Very odd....

It sounds like a TIA - transient ischemic attack. If it didn't stop within a short time, then you should go to the hospital right away.

I haven't eaten anything yet and I've been pretty stressed out. I'll get something to eat and see what happens.

This has happened before and they couldn't find anything wrong.

Holy crap! You should really seek a professional opinion quickly. I have visual migraines and they are geometric shapes, sometimes interlaced octagons and so fourth, but never saw any blinking lights.
That's not real consistent with a migraine.
You only have one life man, take care of yourself and see somebody.

Those visual migraines appear different for everybody. I have those first before the headache sets in. I also have trouble seeing and typing is usually out of the question.

Have a strong cup of coffee and something to eat, if you can.

If you have symptoms of a stroke, call 911 or other emergency services right away. General symptoms of a stroke include:

Sudden numbness, tingling, weakness, or loss of movement in your face, arm, or leg, especially on only one side of your body.

Sudden vision changes.

Sudden trouble speaking.

Sudden confusion or trouble understanding simple statements.

Sudden problems with walking or balance.

A sudden, severe headache that is different from past headaches.

I don't think it's a stroke. It's getting better and I am not confused. Just the vision thing and slight confusion. Like I said, I haven't eaten yet. I'm cooking a steak and potato salad.

Going too long without food triggers migraines for my mom. It's not uncommon. Hopefully some good food will help.

Last time I did that, it wasn't anything they could find and it cost me $2,000.00. I'll pass this time and just monitor myself and start eating better. It could have just been a Bell's Palsy.
