Quote:SANFORD, Fla. (AP) -- A judge said Thursday that jurors in the George Zimmerman case can consider the lesser charge of manslaughter, but she denied a request for the jury also to consider third-degree murder after a defense attorney called the proposal "outrageous."

Prosecutor Richard Mantei argued that instructions for third-degree murder should be included on the premise that Zimmerman committed child abuse when he fatally shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin because Martin was underage.

Lots of shady last minute wrangling going on here. Did you see the judge forced him to raise his hand in court to testify about him not testifying? 13.gif

Resting your case does not constitute a decision. But even after a decision, they can add additional charges if more evidence to support that claim comes to light after the decision.

At this point doesnt the justice system need to rest for a while.

Those assholes must be exhausted by now.

Have you ever met a sweaty asshole?

I have, not pleasant.

I know, lets have a court case that will argue the need for them to rest.

Kinda like driving for 20 hours straight.

Maybe next, there will be a case telethon event, hosted live, for everyone to watch, while the justice department drives for 60 hours straight, say from DC to Africa.

Now lets pray they dont veer off the road and smash right into the titanic, or a tree, because we need more drivers on the road that havent sleep in days.

I am not your rolling wheels, I am the highway
I am not your carpet ride I am the sky
I am not your blowing wind, I am the lightning
I am not your autumn moon, I am the night
