Nutrition

I grew up in the big city.
We don't have farms in the big city.
What we have are grocery stores.

And you want to know whose blood contained more nutrients, mine or a Midwestern farmer ?

Viola... Mine !

You know how that is ?

Because the food that I eat is primarily compound foods with a wider variety.
I don't have to pay attention to what it is that I eat, to make sure that I get the nutrition.
Its a compound food.

Tacos contain B vitamins, Protein, and Calcium, a Vitamin B, and Vitamin C..
The exact same nutrients as an Italian Hoagie.
When I eat a burger, I'm getting the same thing as well.
The same kind of nutrition that I also get from Pizza and a Stromboli.

When I drink those high nutrition fruit smoothies that they have in the store...
I'm getting nearly a thousand milligrams of potassium, and Close to 3 days supply of Vitamins...
The drinks are also much more likable... which means that I get what I need.
The drinks are also more portable... which means that I can get the nutrition that I need, while doing anything that I have orders to do at work... or what I need or want to do.

When I drink things like Silk nut milk, I'm not only getting calcium and vitamin D, I'm also getting far more protein and other vitamins.

And it gives more flavor to the food, when I make other compound foods with it.

That kind of stuff is exactly how my blood had more nutrients in it, than a Midwestern farmer.

Compared to places like Africa, I had even more nutrition still... by comparison.

When you have to eat one or two things at a time, you have to pay more attention to yourself...
And therefore you become more picky, and balk and Hem and Haw at more things as far as food is concerned.

You also eat far less of it.

The people in the city who are not eating, or eat GMOs are the poor in the city.
They don't know that a lot of the stuff I just mentioned even exists.

Those smoothies you buy at the store, if they are pre prepared, they are full of crap. Most produce is GMO now. Unless you buy organic yourself, and prepare it yourself, it's probably gmo, and probably full of chemicals that cause cancer.

OP is quite deluded regarding nutrition too.

Oh and fyi...

West Africans have some of the healthiest diets in the world

People in Mali, Chad, Senegal and Sierra Leone enjoy healthier diets than their counterparts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan or Canada, according to a study published in The Lancet Global Health this spring.
