When you want perfect buttery popcorn, clarify the butter and pour only the fat onto it. Discard of the milk solids. This prevents the popcorn from going soggy with all the salty buttery goodness preserved.

Amen

wait a minute..

this is the best advice you ever gave..?

well i try to as well
admittedly, i am not the most careful person lol..

still. there is always an embedded one.

Try this. Unwrap one end, then peel and rip back three sides (not the bottom)only. When finished cutting a portion (don't cut into bottom foil - use a butter/dinner knife (not a switchblade like Octo uses blink.gif) lol.gif) then rewrap. This technique works for me. Be gentle. Or toss the foil completely and rewrap with plastic wrap or waxed paper.

I find the butter goes rancid too quickly in the warmer weather, so I stopped using a butter dish completely. Although, I just watched a vid where clarified butter is purported to last several weeks unrefrigerated.

Oh I can't toss the foil it comes in as it's graded in 50g increments. It's very handy.

And sure you can store butter in room temperature, but it's light sensitive so keep it dark. I keep mine in the fridge and use the cheese slicer to get me some delicious butter on my sammich.

k, me again i guess.
i was waitin for someone in between but lol
i have to wrte this before i forget

i had a dream the other day
with a rhinoceros in it.
now, i knew i could understand this rhino and it understood me as well.
so we had a communication happening though i am not sure it was with words.

still, i was asking it well then what stories do you have? you know tryin to see wht it knew and ancient knowledge and all that.. i always have a weather eye out for that eh, even in dreams it seems.

so this rhino says

'well, i was really frozen at work once.'

there was more but i cant remember.
anyhow i was telling O and she said, 'that isnt a rhinoceros it is a lion!'
