Hell yeah it's good Friday. Mom invited us for dinner, grilled ribs! It told her we can pretend it's Jesus' ribs

Yeah yeah I know I'll burn in hell...

The laws in this here country only changed this year so now stores can keep open at will. Some are closed, but most food stores are open as usual. I think that's a good thing. Closing down business for a church holiday has no place in a secular society.

man made religion made ppl dislike the idea of him..

such a shame. he had some good teachings.

nothin to do with having to be a certain religion.

i think he was pretty cool, myself.

im not gonna hate on the idea of him because ppl ƒükkêd it up.

that would only be following what they say. thats silly.

No I love Jesus. Dunno if he existed or not, but his ideas are older than he is. The myth is way older.

The Jesus ribs gag was just a poke at the religion created around him, making his death the most magnificent event in the church year. Seems like a death cult that is symbolized by the cross he died on.

Meh. Jesus is my bro, religion sucks.

yeah..

in the series i am reading now, the main guy talks about all the gods and stuff he knows lol
and he says that jesus doesnt like to show up much.

the way he says it, it is faith and belief that dictates how they appear right..
lol so he says jesus doesnt like to come around because when he does, he has to be the image nailed to the cross and it isnt very comfortable.

lol!

Yeah well duh chuckle.gif Imagine you had something important to say and you said it so well that for thousands of years people would acknowledge not what you said, but when you were born and when you died

There's no overwhelming evidence to prove he existed.

If he however did, Christianity wants to highlight his birth and death and that he specifically died for our sins.

I beg you pardon? No, he didn't die for my sins. He died because because he was nailed to a cross/tree for religiopolitical reasons.

I will never claim responsibility for that. Didn't even happen anywhere close to my ancestors place of residence at the time.

I totally get Jesus, but the merchandise not so much

i dont mind having a person in mind as a reference for them..

better than sayin old wisdom from someone somewhere.
