Some who are philosophers and/or into metaphysics believe we are living in all three states, simultaneously. (Past, Present, Future)

yes i have heard that.

and the idea would be to be at peace with all 3.

the thing is if ppl arent, then they are likely living in past or future only..
regrets about past.. and hopeless about future..

while forgetting all about what is in the now.

it is a simple concept.. but it is not easy to do.

one thing to do, which i read in a book, is to remind yourself 'i'm right here..'
somehow, that manages to bring you back to the present, of you are finding it hard to stay in it..
it actually helps..

"The past teaches us a lesson, the present helps us in our decisions, the future helps us dream."

All three states can work together harmoniously.

All three states can work together harmoniously.

exactly so.

those ways are the positive ones, to look at each tense.

Music does it for me.

But yes, it seems impossible to stay in the flow forever.

For me at least, it's usually best to stay in the present.
The past is always like... I shoulda' done this or that...
The future is always uhoh.gif
So the present functions just fine for me.

let's see
sing with Robins
Geese over head

Honkers
Beares in Crotchless Bikinis

Ok
Beat this

2001
we camped near a creek

I'd Ribbit
and get all the Frogs Croaking

and then
I'd sing along with them

If you haven't sang with the Frogs
you
not missing nuttin

But ,,, everyone there enjoyed themselves shitless over it

and ,,,

if you burn White Sage while singing with the Frogs
it keeps the Mosquitoes away

a song without a Bite

boy I miss those days
