I only cook with stainless steel and sometimes it happens and sometimes not. Do you put them in the fridge while still hot/warm? Do you put them in a glass bowl?

I never use aluminum anything for cooking, stainless steel pots only. Can't say I've seen potatoes turn grey. 13.gif Aliens?

they dont all turn gray just a few of them.

i just cool them in a collander over the empty pot i cooked em in.

like i said it doesnt always happen but did yesterday.

when cooled i put them in a tupperware kinda dealie.

and no i dont bother salting the water.
well. sometimes i do but if so i use the himalayan pink salt
and not a whole lot.

Then it must be the potatoes here because Octo does not experience this situation.

well then, i had a dream that there was a science fair in my school.
it was the day before we were to bring our projects in and i had not one
thing done about it.
not one.
and i said well i am going to fail..
it was all stressful n that.
