Well, I make my wraps with about a cup of buckwheat flour, a tsp of salt, spices (garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, chipotle powder etc), a couple of eggs and water enough to make a nice consistency, like a thin batter. Then just fry them in my skillet on medium heat in a little oil.

I'm sure quinoa flour works just fine. It's a bit of trial and error. It's my own concoction so you'll have to experiment a little, I don't know how quinoa flour acts. If they are difficult to flip you can add an egg.

No posting lag here since I switched to Chrome for internet stuff.

I also downloaded this free cleaner, and since I did the disk defrag and slimming and scanning, it operates much faster now.

I had a hankering for deep fried coconut shrimp, so I bought all the ingredients, and feeling lazy, I bought a jar of ready made mango and coconut dip, Well when I opened the jar and smelled it, it smelled awful. So, back to the store to buy fresh mango, limes and thai sweet sauce. The shrimp turned out very nice and I added cream cheese and white wine vinegar to the pureed mango and lime and coconut milk juices,

It was tasty, but next time I will add some heat to the dip, for a kick; maybe jalapeno peppers.

Yeah they stay flimsy like until step 2 fatman.gif I underdo them on purpose, especially on one side.

When I have a pile of them done I chop up veggies, chop up the chicken or beef or whatever you like. Then put the wrap back in the skillet (no oil) on low heat, spread cheese all over it and add the (cooked) meat. Dunno about the properties of quinoa, but buckwheat takes heat pretty well so it can sit there quite a while until it's getting brownish and stiff enough to lift out of the skillet with all that cheesy meat weight on top. Add vegetables and your special awesome sauce. Fold and nom.
