The wise thing to do is to not dismiss any clue in solving your medical riddle. I get it, you like TCM. You believe in it and the belief part is a big part of healing.

You shouldn't really rely on me or anyone else to do your research.

The truth is out there

lol well tcm was the only one that actually gave me answers.

so yes i like it

and since ive been cold in one way or another my whole life pretty much, it makes sense..

especially when i worked in the cold.. as well as take breaks in the winter outside.. then went home to a freezing cold apt..

and all the other cold apts..

cold will invade a person if they have a weakened system..
anyway.

A weakened system means an unhealthy gut ecology. I strongly believe an optimal health lies within maintaining an optimal gut flora.

Only time will prove me right

I suffered from cold hands and feet my entire life. "Cold hands, but a warm heart" is the old saying I heard every time I shook anybody's hand.

Well, after I got on a sympathy candida diet with JR I eliminated those symptoms. I'm warm all over BaconDance.gif

i have cold stomach
which is not good at all for digestion
one needs strong digestive fire.

thats why cold drinks n stuff arent good
it is like trying to boil water on the stove but keep adding cold water to it.

so things like ginger, fennel.. warm stuff..

Have you been on antibiotics a lot? If so, since when and for what if you don't mind me asking?

Strong digestive fire is exactly what I'm talking about without the Chinese poetry.

Same thing.

not for many years.

but i was prone to getting chest infections every year in a row at one time.

and then one year, mid 90's, i got one so bad it turned into pneumonia.
i was hospitalized for 3 days. i was scared to death. never had been in a hospital and i
was really sick.

took me months at home to get over that one.

havent had antibiotics since.. uhh.. 2009 or 10

Antibiotics kill basically all teh things, good and bad. I have said for many years that our immune system is our first line of defense. You need to rebuild.
