ok i got some spelt bread, free of sugar n all the bad stuff, from the healthfood store.

also i had a dream where there was a falcon and a turkey.
the falcon spat some kinda paralyzing thing at the turkey, and it fell out of the sky.

i dunno why i keep having dreams about big birds.

Spelt is far better for you than the GMO wheat. It's what the Romans made bread from.
Even the wheat in Europe is GMO, happened before the regulations in the 70's.
About the same time everybody started gaining weight and depression went on an upward trend.

i wasnt sure really. i have had it when O made pizza crust out of it, and that was good.

all the ingredients are things i know lol

but i was reading about spelt and it said it still has gluten .. and it is alot like wheat..

still it was better than that.

it is a little confusing.

I had a dream about an owl the other night 13.gif

Spelt is an ancient wheat type, it's not as bad as modern wheat, but sure it has gluten.

I use buckwheat flour and almond flour for everything. I made a buckwheat pizza crust last weekend and it was so delicious. It had cheese in it

well we dont have any almond flour left.
they dont sell it at that store for some odd reason.

thats because all these damn sites about eatin healthy and gluten free stuff went nuts and now we pay way more for healthfood that when it first came out.

most annoying to be sure

and i wouldnt be a bit surprised if that damnable monsanto had some marketing genius come up with that idea just to make us be grateful to buy their cheaper crap.

Well that coupled with the drought in California has caused the prices to skyrocket. California is by far the biggest almond producer in the world

Quote: In 2015, environmental problems in California affected the almond supply, contributing to higher almond prices worldwide. Rising demand for almonds has also contributed to higher prices worldwide and increased production in California.

A not too big bag of almonds is ten bucks and over at the supermarket here.. I buy a bag once a month.. It's a good protein source.. Almond milk is yum, but a total rip off.. Rice milk is cheap..

That is very expensive, that's like $30 AUD.. 800 gram bag would be about $13 at a basic supermarket and it's not a brand, just the store cheap brand.. I go to a cute supermarket close to my house that is organic etc, and they have them in smaller bags for ten bucks, but if it's roasted it's 3 dollars more.. We must produce them in oz, you are paying extreme import duties probably..

Oh well, there are ways around it. I use less almond flour and more buckwheat which is around 4 euros/kilo

Australia produces 3% of the worlds almonds, California produces over 80%.. We are the population of NYC, so 3% would cover Aussie consumption easily enough..

well that is interesting.

though i do wish these beings could just be who they are and not be so secretive about it.

geez. i mean, if it is God then he could just appear so i would actually know instead of guessing this and that. he would have the power to do so.
