yeah. seriously nothin to screw around with. he was quite concerned. i couldnt even focus on what he was saying. i should not have gone there by myself but i was not thinking clearly at all.

the drink they say, should 'taste like tears' so you will know if it is about right by that.

it does, too lol thats a good description for it.

yeah adding lemon would be good. he told me to drink it like every half hour. those were his words. of course i was very badly off at that point but still, have enough.
also darker urine will tell you if dehydration is going on.

also here are some points for dizzy/fainting etc

that first one, pc6, is pretty well known and kind of a go-to one for things like nausea, dizziness heart palpitations and stuff.

well thanks lady

yeah it is in progress but generally i am alright.

i have fought very very hard for it.. everything from physical to metaphysical to spiritual and emotional and mental.
i looked at it all.. very Yin stuff..

but if you are trying to bring back dormant and blocked Yang energy, which i mainly am Yang type a person, you have to go inner and see whats there.
its been an extremely long journey, years really.. but each of those things have many branches.. and i researched and came to understand each one.

still learning and always will be but.. there is a bottom-line goal there for me.
sag arrow that i fired back then.. each year i do that with a particular 'next goal' that i know im ready for.

She is a doll, she loves to hunt wabbits !

Be very very quiet I'm hunting wabbits.

I will have to get some pictures of her chasing wabbits in the backyard, we had had wabbits show up this last Christmas and they made a home here.

Hey CC, well I made the magic elixir you suggested, that will battle any dehydration I may be suffering. I just wish I could remember to take it with me to work in the morning. I left it on the counter. wonder.gif

my brother and his wife have 2 weiner dogs.

vicious little shits.

the first one they had, which died some time ago now before they got the other 2,
bit me immediately upon me visiting their house.
it just ran up to where we came in the front door and bit my thigh.

not a fan of them much.

but then i have always been a cat person so..
