i havent had many feelings about places

well except the last place i had, that was all kindsa depressing
but so many depressed ppl lived there.. despair was soaked in.

when i left, i patted it on the wall and said you will be taken good care of now
landlord was gonna renovate the whole thing nicer..

it did its best for me and i told it i was grateful

A healer friend of mine swears by diatomaceous earth and iodine. She nags and nags me to take it too, but I just don't feel I should take something for the sake of taking it.

During a recent conversation with her, I told her I feel too much acid is being produced in my body and that I am taking a little baking soda daily. She could not understand how I knew my body was acidy without doing a litmus test, but I told her - Hey after 60 years living with this body, I know it very well. Now she takes baking soda regularly now and swears by that too.

apparently taking acv is good for alkalizing the body

'A Natural Remedy

The next time that you have indigestion problems, try an experiment that gives your stomach the acid that it needs. Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and chase it with a glass of water. '

but you need the organic stuff with the mother in it.

Getting acv with the 'mother' would require a special trip to my fav health food store, which is far away.

If I ever move to the boon docks (which is likely and we are talking about it) I don't know if I could get use to the fact of not having shopping choices? Oh well, there is always ordering online.

I just made a batch of croutons, now if I can stop eating them that will be good.

i think i will write a list of things i would like in my idea of a good neighbourhood
to live in.

things like: mature area.. respectful neighbours (if any) at a decent distance away

bother-free, so no barking or wandering dogs.. no kids, or at least really respectful ones, construction-free, quiet small lake, small town nearby, lots of trees and nature,

well thats what i have so far.
