No, because I don't feel dehydrated lately. Maybe because I am drinking lots of water and soda water.

It is soda water, not pop. Soda water is ...

[/quote]Soda water is a type of man-made carbonated water that is popular as a beverage. The most basic soda waters are little more than tap water infused with carbon dioxide gas and bicarbonate of soda, a stabilizing element that gives the drink its name. Some manufacturers add flavors or other minerals to improve the taste, but it is most often served plain or as a mixer.

oh you mean like club soda?

i used to drink that years ago.

oh this construction is driving me crazy lol

it is bad enough all day long but last night i got ready for bed around midnight

soon as i did there was a sudden droning noise outside. loud.

like some kinda street sweeper but as if it was parked..

i looked out there but it had to have been around the corner a bit cause i couldnt

see what it was. anyway i thought it would go away after awhiel.

ut nooooo it was just the start of the ğkking shift apparently.

all damn night long and it was loud.

ffs i wish i had a million bucks i would move the hell out of this city.

since 2014 or so all it has been is construction daily. all day i mean too.

they close streets, then dig it up for weeks then re surface it.

then they dig it up again, rinse and repeat. lol you should hear the cabbies..

they are not impressed. they say you dont ever know when a st will be open or

closed and it can happen within an hour a st is open, then when they drive back its closed.

one guy was charged with going after the construction workers not long ago. had a knife and threatened them or something..

ppl are waaaaaaay tired of this.. supposed to go on til 2017. and i bet it wont stop then.

CC, a friend of mine wants to move to Wellington County from Wasaga Beach and maybe you can give me some advice to give her as to where she can move around there. I told her forget Guelph because it is expanding rapidly, so that means expensive accommodation and noise. Any advice?

well

here is a reddit on the subject.
if she signs up here (i ave no idea how reddit works at all i just read it) she could ask more specifically

https://www.reddit.com/r/kitchener/comme...w_nothing/

wellington county isnt just kitchener i guess so all i can tell you is about here..

i mean for me, we are downtown.. but i wouldnt recommend it much if you dont know the area. its damn noisy and as i said closures everywhere.
plus there simply isnt much left downtown. they closed many good stores.

i used to live in an area called rosemount.
that is nice. it is a mature area.. pretty quiet and good neighbourhood..
suburb and all that but its an older one not one of the new slapped together places.
it depends though what your friend is after... is she single, or have family.. ?
what kind of living does she want, buying a house or rent or what..
definitely some very bad areas in this city.

finally why would she want to leave there for here
lol can trade places with her.

does anyone know if coconut oil has electrolytes?

all i can find out is coconut water does. and i already know that.
but i cant find out about the oil itself.

i would think it would, if the water does.. but search turns up nothing about oil
except other different benefits.
