oh same old thing.
but, i went to my dr.. the good one i had 5 yrs ago before they switched me to some chick who isnt there anymore.. lol gotta wonder why..

anyhow
he looked at the mri i told him i had before, i think 2014..
and he looked it up.
that one was for a soft tissue mri when i was trying to see if i had what is called an episacral lipoma, on my low back.

she was supposed to let me know if anything came up as a result.

well
the report said no mass was found but there was 'moderate to severe' degeneration
of some discs in my low back. for which they suggested a follow up mri of the lumbar spine.
so that is a different kind of mri. bones.

i was never told.

and i wouldnt have known unless i went to see about it again..
and unless he happened upon that report in the computer where all the files are now.

i am not pleased.

Yeah, believe me, certain aspects of Canada's healthcare processes are a joke. I have learned to question every decision for clarity and be my own advocate, and get multiple opinions, but not letting years go by, CC.

I hope you get the proper care and treatment this time, CC.

potentially?
lol

yes. and all the exercises and things i tried.. including 2 chiro's, may well have done

more to worsen it than anything else.

i know my back.. since 14 i have been on and off to chiros. at the time, they helped

me within a couple three visits and i was fine. once in awhile it would 'go out'

and i would have to go but generally speaking i lived normally what with jobs and anything else.

the first time there was a problem with it i remember i was in gym class and we were doing a test that was canada wide.. called fitness challenge or something. you would do exercises and be timed as to how many you could do in a certain time.

and then they sent the results in, this was all schools.. and we would receive a patch with gold silver or bronze.
now, i was very good at sports and stuff. but i remember trying to do the sit ups test
and i couldnt do them straight up. i had to kinda roll to one butt cheek to do it
and so the test was not a good result. i got a bronze patch i remember.

anyway i ended up going to chiros then. of course it was not at the stage it is now but obviously it was been getting worse for all this time.
hard physical jobs all my life really.. and i liked that.. but.. now im paying for it i guess.
so yeah i have been trying everything, through pain, to try and fix this. chiros appts were not helping one bit and that was unusual. it felt different and i could tell..
but they just said it was normal to have some degeneration.. nothing to worry about.. and i was like.. but.. but.. it shouldnt hurt after a treatment.. it isnt right..

so had i known about it years ago then i could have had those years less damage probably. that dr was simply the worst one ive ever had. she knew nothing.
i was the one who brought her ideas to test things. i had researched myself and told her to try this or that. which she always had to look up when i told her.

stupid woman. something happened with her i know it. she isnt there anymore.. and i have a strong feeling something went on there.

ty so do i
it was truly a terrible time for me for the last 5 years.
i couldnt find out anything. i tried so many things at home i have forgotten alot of them.
i had nowhere else left go to.. thats why i went to tcm and to chiros again.
i continued treatments out of my own pocket.. i spent thousands..
