and there arent any now either
i am not sure how bad it is now.

i do know that the latest xray the chiro had me do in 2015, just before xmas, showed very little of the last disc.

exactly where the pain is.

to me it looked like holyshit theres nothing there hardly.. and i said so, when we went over it
but he seemed to think that was ok.

not exactly sur how that is 'ok' even remotely...

no wonder though that i had a very difficult time lying down flat, and turning over on that table was an 80-point turn..

anyway. guess i will know in a month or so

he is sending me that xray disc.

Just Plain Nuts.

I just went through a barrage of xrays for my abscessed tooth and four doctos could not really see what was going on, infection/crack-wise. The last doctor said he could feel the crack with his finger...so xrays suck when trying to diagnose some conditions.
As it turned out, the crack was large and deep and the xrays could not show it and so they sent me on my way with two different severe infections. But, I didn't give up seeking help and I finally got it.

well the only reason i stopped trying was after that mri couple years ago
she ws supposed to call me if anything showed up.
so there was nothing left to be done except try treatments

but no wonder nothing has worked.
waste of my life ffs.

and as it actually did show something that they even recommended i come back for, we have a [place to begin.

i already went through about 15 er visits for something else that they could not find.
that was 5 years worth right there and no one could find out. two surgeons i saw
the last one told me to 'live with it'
that was on top of my back getting worse.

so i know that journey.
i have all the paperwork for all of it.
i went through alot of them and O put them in files. we have 4 right now.
there is more.

Just Plain Nuts.

I know your frustration, CC with getting proper care and the right diagnosis so we can fix the problem and get back to a quality life - if at all possible.

I am told the strength starts within your core, so core exercises are a must.

An easy exercise to do (as my masseuse advises) is to engage your bum muscles as much as possible.

İmage

No luck unfortunately, JR wasn't dressed appropriately so we had to go home prematurely 13.gif
