Can you run in your dreams? I couldn't. Always felt like I was running in oatmeal and never able to move very fast, until I had this dream where I was taught how to run in dreams. And it was Pulttibois who taught me. Never had a problem with running since. True story lmao.gif

ah, well.. see, i am a practical how-to kinda gal.
and so, when i tried to find out how to clear them, all i got was videos saying things like 'picture a flower blooming in your chest' or 'picture a shimmering green ball of energy' (for the heart one eh)

well.. that does not work for me. i cant imagine things like that.
if there is something that i already have done, then i can kinda make it work for other things.
i need to have it based in reality for me to picture it.

ok so, i was thinking.. well.. the idea is to focus and concentrate on these things right..
and irl, ppl tend to frown when doing that. likely the mechanics behind that is to narrow your focus onto something eh.

so i was then thinking, what if, when i tried to picture where chakras are supposed to be and on clearing them, then perhaps frowning will help some.
because the mind and body already automatically does that for other things you see.

so, i am not sure if you are one of these ppl who can picture anything without having done it in some way before or not.. but if not, try that when trying to put your mind on a specific chakra.

then let me know if it helps any. ok.

Just Plain Nuts.
