i just was outback for a smoke and a little square of bubblewrap blew up onto the deck.
so i was all yay.gif bubblewrap from teh Universe!

so i went and got it but..
all of them were already popped..

Hi CC, I just wanted to share this back exercise with you because since I've been doing it I have virtually no more back pain...unless I start lifting heavy items again. This really works for me, and I hope it will work for you.

however that is the absolute worst position for me lol
i cant get into that one.
my low right side pulls very badly and it would especially pull on my stomach.
that is bending it the wrong way, with what is the problem for me.
