Hi CC, I just wanted to share this back exercise with you because since I've been doing it I have virtually no more back pain...unless I start lifting heavy items again. This really works for me, and I hope it will work for you.

however that is the absolute worst position for me lol
i cant get into that one.
my low right side pulls very badly and it would especially pull on my stomach.
that is bending it the wrong way, with what is the problem for me.

I thought so too, but I tried it anyway and oddly enough it helps a great deal and I have what you have.
