i say yeah ok if you say so lol..
a bit hard to feel it when you are having back trouble but.. he insists.

Hi CC, I just wanted to share this back exercise with you because since I've been doing it I have virtually no more back pain...unless I start lifting heavy items again. This really works for me, and I hope it will work for you.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDJUpwxIb...k&index=18

thanks for sharing that US..

however that is the absolute worst position for me lol
i cant get into that one.
my low right side pulls very badly and it would especially pull on my stomach.
that is bending it the wrong way, with what is the problem for me.

but im glad it helped you.. :)

I thought so too, but I tried it anyway and oddly enough it helps a great deal and I have what you have.

I always refuse those electrical pulse thingies, can't stand them. I prefer massage and heat, then when ready exercises and tennis ball self-massage.

I have a fear of any chiro manipulating my neck. His 'that was awesome' for me means 'that was awesome no injuries that time'.

Hey CC, I am trying a new beer now, it's called 'boneshaker'...ha ha. It is very strong, though - 7.1% alcohol.

pine and grapefruit? really?

i would guess you are having one or two yes?

otherwise you will be boneless on the couch lol

the one i drink is a cheapie one but i like it better than coors light for example.
that tastes watery compared to it

I don't know how many I can drink before my bones shake, or I become boneless. I am still on the first one and each sip gets easier to handle. LOL

I never tried Lucky beer but I have wondered if it was watery tasting. Maybe next time I'll try it. Thanks.
