No idea.

I just know my people have been here for a long, long time.

but if a civilisation raises to zenith and then self destructs to total life annihilation, like the dinosaur age extinction.
how does a new life of human races start all over again from nothing??
The don't start over from nothing, they, we, get mostly annihilated, again, as the relatively few shell shocked survivors are forced back into struggling for basic survival like prehistoric cave people exactly, to start over again and again and again...

no, that's a cop out theory
when life is extinct it is totally extinguished
i mean if huge creatures like the dinosaurs and mammoth can get totally killed and extinguished of course all other life , human and animals will also get totally annihilated.
so how can we start new life and new plants from nothing all other again??

so does this mean that the evolution process restarts again from single cell every time life on the planet has been totally extinguished over the last 4.6 billion years ??

Like it or not, admit it or not, without denial, anyone can clearly and terrifyingly see that humanity is racing faster and faster towards its inevitable self destruction, once again and within a horrifyingly short period of time, an endless cycle perhaps forever and that's hell...

Our demise will never happen.
Our emotions are food for our controllers.
They will never kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.

The big dinosaurs died, but not all them did. Birds are descendants of theropods, which were flesh-eating dinosaurs that walked on two legs.

Survival of the fittest you know...

Yup. We are eternal beings trapped in a repeating flesh matrix for the harvesting of our emotions.

No sorry!!! It is not true.
No other advanced civilisation has ever existed on this planet and got annihilated.
The very first civilisation ever is our present civilisation started by the Sumerians .
If there had been others which were later annihilated we would be finding evidence
Also if previous civilisations had existed we would find evidence of mining tunnels and concrete buildings and structures.
Surely all the gold and iron and minerals would have already been mined as a necessity for civilisation
Just as we are doing now.
If our civilisation gets annihilated then future ones even hundred thousand years from now would find evidence such as tunnels, mine shafts, concrete structures, and stacks of gold ingots ?????✌?

Except for that 4 million year old hammer found in London Texas, and the thousands of out of place artifacts across the globe.

That's right. Everything we have, including concrete, would erode/decay away to nothing. Very little would survive and the chances of finding them are very small considering the size of the planet and the tiny little area they would dig in. That we have managed to find anything at all from ancient people is amazing.

And who is to say that our ancient forefathers didn't find Gold bars and such from previous civilizations? What makes you think they would have saved them for thousands of years? They could well have found a pile of them, melted them into coins and never thought twice about it and we would have no idea.

I think it's probably pretty stupid to assume previous civilizations would be as clueless as we are. For example the Sami people who have been around for tens of thousands of years disappear without a trace. They live with nature and everything they use decomposes. We could learn a thing or two from them and all indigenous people.
