President Winfrey? Oprah says in the age of Trump that she could run for the White House despite being unqualified for the job

Oprah said she had never thought about possibly being president until Donald Trump won the job
She believed she was unqualified and didn't have enough raw knowledge
'And now I'm thinking, "Oh! Oh!" she said'
Oprah would be the first woman president if she were to leverage her near-universal name ID to match Trump's political lightning moment
She already built a successful broadcasting career on unlikely triumphs, including a ratings war that saw her beat legendary interviewer Phil Donahue

İmage

Oprah can simply do the same thing as the Donald is doing - delegate to those who have the knowledge and wherewithall.

Oprah made her billions from hosting a talk show, Trump made his in business.

Regarding the out of control budget deficit Obama left the US with, it's a wonderful thing to have someone at the helm who will run it like a business.

As far as delegation, all Presidents do that. The last one let Valerie Jarrett run the show, just like Bush did with Cheney, that's a constant.

Trump has what? 5 or 6 business bankruptcies? What kind of businessman is that?

That's a very misleading comment. First of all, he has had 4 bankruptcies. Secondly, the Trump organization is involved in over 500 business entities of which Donald Trump is the sole or principal owner. That's a pretty phenomenal record.

BTW, haters keep pissing and moaning about his not "banning" people from places like Saudi Arabia because of his business interests there. His only business interests in the Middle East are in Dubai. Also, he has no business interests in Russia.

Why should they go out to fight?

In business, 'bankruptcy' is a tool, nothing more. Not to use all the tools at one's disposal would make for a poor business. A business can either fold or go on to do better things after a financial default. (I'm not sure and I really don't care in Trump's cases. His success speaks much louder.) But there is no sense in pouring good money after bad and in some cases bankruptcy is the better option ~ it's GOOD business.

I can see running the country like a business...but running it like a talk show? Uhmmm...not so much. (We've got that already and it's called: Congress.)

It appears Oprah has claimed bankruptcy as well, so she is using the tool. Unlike Donald, she didn't claim bankruptcy for 4-5 of the same types of businesses, as Donald has done for his casinos. It appears she can learn from her mistakes and not repeat them, as well, she has turned around OWN. Most importantly, she is not flaky. But, hey, don't sweat it because Kayne West will probably be your next President and will not keep mental health care out of health coverage and since he was raised in Chicago, who would know better how to tackle that hornet's nest.
