You'd have to pay an arm and a leg for one of those. They could then use those limbs as pizza topping hmm.gif

A halal moose limb and bacon pizza?

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

World’s Best Pizza
Did you know that according to America’s Plate International Pizza Competition the best pizza in the world is sold by the Finnish pizza chain Kotipizza?

Having visited Finland the former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi complained about the horrible Finnish cuisine and how it would in no way be comparable to Italian food. To make fun of him Kotipizza created a rye pizza with smoked reindeer and named it after Berlusconi. In 2008 the pizza won the title “Best Pizza in the Word” winning against a competing pizza from Italy.

It's really good chuckle.gif

It's all good...well, except for maybe the lutefisk. İmage

Hell, I even like anchovies on pizza, regardless the nightmares that result.

I'll pass on the lutefisk, but I love anchovies.
There's a Swedish / Finnish dish called Janssons Frestelse or Jansson's Temptation (pronounced Yawnson's)

2 large onions, cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
14 fillets Swedish anchovies, or regular anchovies
6 potatoes, peeled and cut into strips

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread onions evenly onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Evenly distribute anchovies on top of the onions. Place potatoes on top of the anchovies, then pour in heavy cream. Mix bread crumbs together with the melted butter, then sprinkle overtop of the potatoes.
Place onto a baking sheet to catch any cream which bubbles over. Bake in preheated oven until the potatoes have softened, the cream has reduced, and the dish has turned deep golden brown, about 45 minutes.

It's KILLER! But pretty heavy. It will make you sweat. chuckle.gif

I love blue cheese but am allergic to the sulfites and the mold culture and the tyramine. gaah.gif
That shit nearly put me in the hospital last time I had some.
I can't eat any cheese less cottage or vegan substitute, and all wines are off limits, which... who cares.
