I suspect what will be happening with the pups with their somewhat elevated exposures at that location is that the dogs will hear what we don't hear in addition to other unpleasant effects. So the dogs are likely to whimper or howl without apparent explanation at least until the leave the facility. They might also congregate to a far corner or even get snippy in some cases.
The staff is likely to be perplexed although I did send an email to the owner to be aware of the tower being turned on. At the time it was scheduled for mid September, not October 1st, so he probably thinks i was a tinfoil crackpot at this point since nothing has happened thus far.
But when it does - the owner and the staff are going to be like "WTF!??!??!!" Even if they put two plus two together, what in the world will they be able to do to stop what is happening? The effects will be cumulative. This means that even if the dogs make it through day one or two that doesn't mean they will be able to withstand day three or four.
IDK if dogs are there all day or just for a couple hours while folks shop. The staff are not exempt either and are likely to be subjected to longer time periods of electronic intrusion. Same with the Midas Muffler Shop and the auto repair shop that are even closer to the tower location.
