Quote:On April 18th, Rasmussen Reports released a poll showing 37 percent "of likely U.S. voters now fear the federal government." 47 percent of respondents said they do not, and "17 percent are not sure."

Moreover, 54 percent "consider the federal government today a threat to individual liberty rather than a protector."

I've never seen the numbers on these issues come out this way, obviously, there is an underlying feeling that something is very out of whack.
More troubling numbers for the dem establishment, no wonder they are hell bent on amnesty for illegals against the will of the American people.
RINO's like Boehner, McCain and Ryan better watch their backs, I see huge changes now and even more on the horizon.
The upcoming mid term election results will no doubt back me up on this. I see a general consensus across party lines that says people have had more than enough of the failed status quo.

The 47% who don't fear the government are most likely being supported by it. They don't fear the hand that feeds them, and they don't understand the other hand is picking the pockets of their kids and grandkids for their support.

They also don't understand that at some point in the future, that hand may decide to stop feeding them--it may kill them instead.

It's kind of like chickens--they don't fear the hand that feeds them--so they never know what hit them when that hand breaks their necks. I've raised a lot of farm animals over the years, and none of them were afraid of me--and none of them died in fear either when it was time to fill the freezer.

Who took this poll? the government? ha haa haaa! 54% sounds like tptb trying to make themselves look good (*-*) and knowing how the top 500 richest americans hold more wealth than the bottom 150,000,000 is most likely closer to the truth whatever that percentage may be and i have never been called or asked to be "polled" about anything by anyone anywhere and no one in my family has either and so there seems to be an awful lot of claimed polls that might be complete fabrications...
