My skeptical side is yelling fake but I am trying to be more open minded about things like this.

A surveillance video recorded the moment a glass lid appeared to fly across the room all on its own.

Staff at the Ellacoya Country Store in Gilford, New Hampshire have been left perplexed by the footage which shows an object being hurled across the shop despite nobody else being in the room at the time.

"I heard this big bang," said Heidi Boyd who works at the store and had been in another room when the incident happened. "I walked around and looked and I was on the floor. It's still freaking me out."

"It didn't make sense to her," added manager Lisa Giles. "However, anyone who's been here a substantial amount of time has seen something. When we first opened the place, we saw the ghost of a man standing in the doorway."

I think while these things can be digitally created or hoaxed in other manners, the house is pretty old. Wouldn't surprise me if there was something lingering... damned.gif

Yeah I don't think ghosts can hurt you, some other types of entities might, I don't know.

For me its confirmation of an afterlife........I think humanity as a whole wants to know if there is an afterlife. That is why all the shows about ghosts and hauntings are popular cuz people are curious.

I recall watching a ghost hunter show where the debunked a glass ashtray flying off the bar counter, it had something to do with thermal shock.

The boy in the vid below broke a glass with a certain tone and pitch, to me it sounded like a marine vessel's horn.

Strange how the cake glass top flew up though. That cake must have looked scrumptous.

Poltergeist (rumble spirit) activity has been well documented for at least hundreds of years and often theres a youth within and centered around the presence of this bizarre and terrifying activity and usually but not always they are reaching or going through the growing pain ages of puberty and unknowingly releasing subconscious telekinetic energy of varying degrees depending upon their levels and depths of suppressed volatile emotions...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poltergeist

Artist conception of poltergeist activity claimed by Therese Selles, a 15-year-old domestic servant of the Todescini family at Cheragas, Algeria. From the French magazine La Vie Mysterieuse in 1911.

No matter what paranormal activity is claimed there will always be doubters crying fake even though they were not even there during the strange occurrences and therefore have no real ground to stand upon while making their derogatory claims...

I have read many non fiction books about poltergeist activity and have even experienced them myself through the years when alone and while in the presence of others...
