The French Connection - 1971 - American

This movie is the best urban crime drama ever made...

One of the greatest movies of all time within my personal favorite top ten...

Containing one of the most awesome car chases ever filmed...

Recklessly driving at high speeds against traffic in pursuit of an elevated train...

Although academy awards are no way to determine how good or bad a movie may or may not be...

This film was the first R rated movie to an academy award for best picture...

Winning five in all best film, best director, best actor, best editing, best adapted screenplay...

This unforgettable movie is not to be missed!

One of the most realistic and emotionally shattering war films ever made!

Yeah for sure this cool thread (among several others) certainly shouldnt be buried and forgotten...

Heres the most eye opening and mind blowing action/fantasy film i've ever seen and the special effects are awesome and breathtaking showing spectacular combinations of different time periods blended and integrated together like futuristic robots fighting alongside traditional weaponry during world war one among many other equally amazing past meets future fantasy meets reality ideas and scenarios and believe me this film is a non stop visual and audio roller coaster ride thats not to be missed!

Sucker punch was not well received at all I remember, but I liked it. I found it very creepy, especially that mental institution sex slave scheme.

Another movie I enjoyed for its wonderful nazi steampunk technology and epic story. It's loosely based on the role-playing game of the same name.
