I posted a few great live videos recently, and thought why not start a thread about it?

I am a retired musician so very much appreciate it.

Please feel free to add great classic rock videos.

The 1993 Total Balalaika Show – Helsinki Concert  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Total_Bala...ki_Concert with Leningrad Cowboys and the Red Army Choir definitely falls under the awesome category beercheer.gif

Jay, can you imagine seeing Zeppelin in a small group sitting in front of them before they became famous? What on honor.

Octo, never heard of Leningrad Cowboys before, they certainly win the gold medal for weirdest looking hair ever. beercheer.gif

If you read the wikilink you'd see it's a band made up after it was invented by Finnish award winning director Aki Kaurismäki and started as a band after assemblimg for the movie Leningrad Cowboys go America. It was hilarious. They pretend to be a Russian band lol.

Page and Randy Roads were huge influences for me as far as guitar chops.

But hell, as far as old school shit the Monkees were phenomenal as well.

Never saw these guys live, but got to hear this song live, high as heck with a good friend from the backyard because I used to live 2 blocks away from the stadium with my old band.

Last time I ever pulled an all nighter.

Was living on the edge at the time, so can relate to the lyrics.

They were just a TV act, no offense but I read they didn't write their own songs or played musical instruments.

You want a proper live gig? here it comes, lol.

Rock has been misunderstood. Rock is deep and everyone wants to deny the deep.
