Feeling very refreshed today. I will be enjoying that garden right after some breakfast. I now have a cup of green tea with mint and cannabis oil in my hand. Wonderful start to the day.

It looks like it's going to be a nice day out there today. Plan of the day, relax and take it easy. A day for my body.

Hoping everyone is having a good weekend so far.

So happy to hear you slept so well! : )

Thank you. It made such a nice change to sleep like that. My body got a lot of benefit from it.

Judging on the way I'm feeling now I would say it certainly was a healing one. Thanks.

Have a great weekend yourself.

Thanks, I had better get off this computer and finish packing as I have a 2+ hour drive ahead of me. I am going to my sis' to stay for a bit, then we are all driving to Kingston, ON for a change of scenery and antiquing.

I have been thinking long and hard about what I can do in this condition I find myself in.

There are numerous reports available about people who have been in their last days of life fighting cancer and that managed to rid their bodies of this disease and have lived many years after. This tells me there is some chance for me. I want to take that chance.

On that here is my current plans.

I hope to get my state of health stable as soon as possible. My good friend ( Now a new member) Saviour 12631 is from the U.K but currently living in Canada.

He has been discussing my circumstances and how to best deal with this challenge.

He will be travelling to the U.K with his wife sometime next week. The idea is that he will be in the U.K for a few days doing some things he needs to sort out.

He hopes to return to Canada taking me with him.

There in Canada he has been in the middle of purchasing a new property. I will let him tell you more about this. I will be provided with a place on this property for as long as I need.

Here I will be able to totally relax as it is a very quiet place by water.

I will start a strict plan of getting this cancer out of my body. This will include natural remedies, Vitamins, supplements, Cannabis oil, gentle exercise, swimming, fishing and meditation.

All of this will take money especially as some of the supplements don't come cheap. For this some friends of mine have set up a "go fund me" project.

I will ask Octo first if it is ok for me to post the link here.

When I get to Canada I will start a thread on this. I will update that thread regularly. I will give a detailed account of everything. This will include the menu I create for my meals. All the meds herbs etc I am taking, quantities and strength.

Hopefully I will be successful in my fight against this disease. If I am then there will be a detailed record of how this was achieved from day 1. That will be some reference for others in the future.

I might finally be able to finish the 2 books I have been writing also while in such a peaceful environment.

Welcome.

Yes it is much nicer but quieter. Thank you for your prayers. I am feeling very well today probably the best I have felt in several months.

Love my avatar pic, thank you.

I found this heartwarming story and thought it was appropriate to share it here.

Family return from getting cancer treatment for little girl to find neighbours have renovated entire house

Nine weeks ago, the Cassidy family packed up and travelled out to America so their three-year-old little girl Emily could receive life-saving cancer treatment, after a tumour was found behind her eye.

They left behind a family home in Stechford, Birmingham, that had seen better days. The house had damaged walls, while the roof and windows needed repair and refurbishment, all of which had let in damp and mould.

Yesterday, the family returned home after Emily had responded well to treatment – to find the neighbours had renovated their entire home.

The work included:
New roof and windows
Upstairs internal walls knocked down and rebuilt
Extension knocked down and rebuilt
New kitchen and bathroom
New electrics and plumbing
New flooring and carpet
Bright, fresh new bedrooms
Landscaped front and back gardens
New furnishings

What a wonderful thing to do. Every now and a gain stories like this appear and they always restore my faith in humanity and remind me that pure genuine kindness does still exist.

With permission from Octo. Many thanks for that Octo.

Here is the link for the "Go Fund Me" Project. Please, if you are able, no matter how small, help me achieve this goal.

Thank you in advance.

I have just spent most of the afternoon in the kitchen. Unfortunately rain put a damper on the enjoying the garden.

I have been making "Mung Bean Soup". How did I make this well here's how.

Grate some turmeric root.
Grate some garlic.
Get some black garlic.
Grate some red garlic.
Fresh holy basil.
Fresh Thyme.
Fresh organic greek oregano.
Fresh Coriander.
Coriander seed crushed.
Kampot pepper.
Black pepper,
Red Savina Habanero peppers.
Red onions.
Shallots.
1 teaspoon of bee pollen.
Pure organic Coconut cream.
Good size lamb bones with some meat left on them.

In a large saucepan boil a good amount of water. Place the lamb bones in the pan and allow to boil on high heat for about 20 minutes. Take care of the water level and top up as required. After about 20 minutes reduce the heat until it is simmering. Cover and leave for at least 90 minutes. Check the water level regularly and top this up when needed. Now remove the bones and break them, return to the pan for the marrow to flow out into the stock. Add a couple of tablespoons of the coconut cream. Allow another 30 minutes to simmer.
Finally remove the bones,

Boil water and add the mung beans reduce the heat till gently simmering.

While the mung beans are cooking prepare the other ingredients.
Grate all the things that need grating and then place in a bowl. Mix all these together. Add the crushed coriander seeds. Add the bee pollen.

Chop the oregano, holy basil, thyme, onions, shallots and red garlic. Place these in the bowl with the grated items and mix together. Now add this mix to the stock you made from the bones.

When the mung beans are tender add them to the stock. Finally add those hot chillis and the black garlic. Cook slowly for another 15-20 minutes.

Bon Apetite.

I don't understand how you have been overlooked. All the others have been confirmed.

I will check with Octo and see what happened. What is the user name you signed up with?
