I awoke feeling great. I don't need the nebuliser. The left leg is the sole challenge for the day. That is hurting gives me that strange sensation on touching it.

I hope everyone has a most enjoyable Saturday.

Good morning Nigel

I was just thinking about you so I checked on the thread to see how you are doing. It is wonderful to know you are back home in your own environment and doing very well aside from the leg problem.

See how you can get rid of the rash and please watch your sodium level. We don't want to see you having to go back to the hospital.

You really needed your sleep. No more hospital stress. Your system is going back to normal at least as much normal as can.

Please follow your own health plan to the iota. It should lead you to more improvement one day after another. You need to keep it strict.

I trust you will do everything as needed.

:)

Hey Nigel, good morning! Awesome news buddy. Yeah, sleeping like that can be so refreshing. They don't say for no reason that you are not in the hospital for your rest. It is good to see you back home.

Wishing you a fabulous Saturday mate. Stay Safe.

God morning my friend. Planning all the shopping now to get all the vegetables and fruit that I need to start this diet going.

This is my morning medication. 1 capsule organic mix of garlic, ginger, ginkgo, & cayenne.
1 capsule organic Turmeric 400 MG.
1 Tablet D-Ribose 1000 MG.
1 capsule Magnesium Citrate 500 MG

I have grated organic fresh ginger and mixed that with pure Manuka honey active 10+. Eaten a tablespoon of that mix.

1 glass of beet juice.

1 cup green tea with mint.

1 handful of almonds.
4 raw organic apricot kernels.

Good start to the day I think.

Good morning to you too.

The leg is the concern at the moment. I have cream that I am using. I also have magnesium skin oil that I am going to rub on gently and see if that can help.

I have started with the diet as you will see in my reply to i-mezzo. And I intend to be very serious about this.

Have great weekend my friend.

Good morning Octo. Yes that sleep has made a world of difference for me. I feel full of energy today. Something I have not felt for a very long time.

Have a great weekend.

Here is my lunch menu.

Wild Scottish Salmon. Spinach and kale mix. New potatoes.
Fresh salad of cucumber iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, wild organic rocket, organic beetroot, celery, cress, grated organic carrot, fine grated ginger sprinkled on top. Dressing is extra virgin olive oil with light cider vinegar and black pepper.

A glass of organic beet juice with organic ginger.

I think that is good balanced healthy lunch.

Happy to see that your people are taking such great care!

I hope the new tea has arrived.

It sure was. I won't get that in hospital.

Hospital food is atrocious. It's not doing the patients any favors.

My mom has been battling breast cancer this past year and she's doing great. All her levels are excellent and she has a very good diet.

I honestly believe the diet is a major contributory factor on fighting any illness.

What shocks me is the lack of any goodness in hospital food considering that would be the most important place to get a good balanced healthy diet.

Here is a typical example of the menu at QEH.

potato soup. tuna pasta bake. Sponge and custard.

Never any salad or much in the way of fresh vegetables. Call that healthy and balanced? I certainly don't.
