Thanks. I expect to be in Canada within 2 weeks. Looking forward to that as I can really get on top of it.

As I said before, please make sure you get proper health insurance that will fully cover you during your whole time while in Canada.

I wish you another good night sleep!

I will take care of adequate health insurance. Thank you for the advice much appreciated.

I will be giving regular progress reports plus a list of all the alternative meds I take each day along with quantities. Also what my diet is. This then people can see what I am doing in my fight to win against this. It might help others later.

Nigel, make sure you record all your medication and alternative medication, including dosage and timing...it is very important for us out here trying to figure out which works better, or if it works at all.

8 hours, you got more than I did! My cat woke me up after 6 & a half, and I couldn't get back to sleep. lmao2.gif

What you're eating sounds fantastic, you must be feeling so much better on that.

I know, hospital food!! I used to work in a hospital kitchen years ago, and they knew how important diet was to health. All the ingredients were fresh, and if the chef thought anything was substandard, he would send it back to the suppliers.
Today? I don't lose my cool often, but the last time I visited someone in hospital, I was so disgusted by the food - processed, frozen crap, not a piece of fresh fruit or a fresh vegetable - that I had to be manually restrained from storming off to the kitchens to find the dietician. What are they THINKING? People can't get well on that crap. It is literally the angriest I've ever been in the last ten years. I can't even begin to describe how bad the food was.

It's very beneficial to be in your own home. All our possessions have our energy on them; that's why some people can pick up an object and tell you about its owner. When you haven't got much energy, because it's been depleted, the energy radiating off your things helps recharge you.
I was thinking about your health insurance, too; I hope you don't have to pay a massive premium, but I'm no expert in it. I just know I wouldn't want you to pay a Canadian hospital bill, lol. :)

My mom has been battling breast cancer this past year and she's doing great. All her levels are excellent and she has a very good diet.

Get your Mom some Turkey Tail mushrooms, or the extract thereof, and if you can get from a company called Host Defense, all the better.

This advice goes to Nodoom too.

I've been giving my wife these and the "My Community" line of extracts since the Spring of 2012.
Olga was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in July of 2011.

Hey Nigel, just signing in for a quick message and let you know I am sending all positive thoughts across the North Sea.

You got a bunch a great friends on here with all advices, care and love. So I also want to send big kudos to all of them too, for consistently trying to keep your spirits up. It shows that with the right frame of mind and a bit stubborn behavior towards all that traditional stuff and the routine we have become as society, people can work miracles. If there is one thing that we need in our world it is more of that, recognising who we are and why we are here. It doesn't always have to be heavy, deep or whatever. Light works too, maybe even better. Find positiveness in a child's laughter, a breeze along the cheek, a 10 second phonecall to tell someone you haven't spoken to in ages that you care or someone telling you with enthousiasm what they had for breakfast this morning and feeling great. That is human empowerment for you. Believe in yourself and those around you, even across the miles in thoughts.

I don't know shït about all the medical options. All I know is that it is a combination of unique qualities and strenghts in people that makes these miracles happen. If the people on here would be a reflection of society, we would be in the best of shapes. All it takes is just one voice to start a change. Let us be that voice. To you, to eachother and to society.

That concludes the Sunday thoughts of this week, lol.

By the way, was thinking about that wheelie to be recorded in September 2025, but watching the F1 GP of Singapore this afternoon, I was thinking you should call Silverstone or Lewis Hamilton and have them record that wheelie there, or make a break sign on the concrete. How fast does that scooter go anyway?

Enjoy your afternoon mate. I'll have a Heineken on you this afternoon and toast to you picturing you beating the fastest cars around as a metaphore of beating this against all traditional medical odds, because you have the will power of a F1 car with a Mercedes motor in it. Winning!

Cheers, InterMezzo

Wishing you a lovely Sunday.
