Is it because they think it's shingles and it will just run its course?

I think it's more to do with my refusing that second Chemo than anything else to be honest with you.

Totally agree. GRRRR!!!!

Good morning Octo. I am feeling ok at the moment but then I have just woken up so need to give it sometime before I know how I feel.

Hope you have a good week.

Thank you and I am sure I will enjoy this. I have been given a 20%discount voucher too for this so it works out even cheaper,

I am running out of oil. :(

Going to be difficult then as I don't have a contact here.

The leg and foot pain persists. On top of that I think I have a cold I have got from somebody as I am very runny nosed. This is not going to be good if I get a cold on top of this!

Prayers and or vibes requested for the latest complications please, thank you in advance.

Morning Nigel

erm... this doesn't sound like fun.

Please tell us more.

Runny nose is due to the change of weather with germs all around.
I am in no hospital but I have attacks of this in the morning.

I have been moving stuff all on my own all weekend changing places. I am half zombified surviving on strong coffee. There's still work to be done. I am thick as a spaghetti so it does not help.

I will have to find help for the heavy stuff. I am minimalist so have minimal furniture but there is some.

I have some nice pink Himalaya salt for you.
I will put it out in the post to you as soon as I can.

I am not happy to hear about your leg and foot not getting better with the pain still there.

Possible that they have their diagnosis all wrong?

erm...

Seems they don't know much about anything else other than chemo and morphine. Can't fix them. It's impossible.

That hotel seems like a wonderful place to get support. My prayers are with you, Nigel.

Hi Nigel,

I read that you are running out of oil....my local friendly gardener won't have any ready until December at the earliest :-(

I will put the feelers out for other options.

Hi mate. So sorry to hear about these complications. But your name is not The Survivor for no reason. You have gone lengths and beaten the odds as you will again this time Nigel. I am not a religious kind of guy, bit I do believe that often the strongest among us get thrown the most difficult tasks and mountains to climb. Even though I can imagine that sometimes you feel you are done climbing, you are also not one to throw the towel. I have seen all the Rocky movies (all 324 of them.) Your name is not The Survivor by coincidence.

You got still the eye of the tiger and that is how you will fight on, until victory.

So keep those gloves on and beat these mf complications. Beyond the 15th round if needed. And it will be you standing at the top of those stairs in the end, raising your hands and making those shuffle moves at the tune of "Gonna fly now!""

I have not had a bad day today. I have been out and about all day on my scooter. Just the same ongoing problem with my leg and foot.

I Post here the very latest of the photos of that leg and foot for you to see the difference there is today.
