Prayers For Nigel

Hey Nigel....

I haven't been on here regularly so I haven't kept up with this thread but I do remember your previous pics of your feet and legs and the swelling seems to be worsening along with the spots. I know this may seem stupid but have you googled your symptoms to see what they could be from? To me (and I'm no expert) it would seem like it has to do with your heart and blood. The feet swell like that when the heart is struggling. But could both of the problems just be after effects from your chemo and your body's way of dealing with it?
I don't know but I'm still praying for you. I still struggle every day not knowing if it's my last....good days and bad ones.
It's a good thing we both know where our spirits will be if our bodies give out. I pray you get some answers and the healing you so deserve....

It is a very strange rash, I've been googling all over to try and find anything that matches your symptoms and looks like that. (If it's any comfort, a heck of a lot of other people make baffled posts about the same symptoms!)
Does the pain feel like it's IN the leg, or more a surface thing? Are your legs and feet warm?
Does the pain get worse at night, and after moving around, is it a bit better if you elevate your legs?
Trying to narrow down causes.
Apparently if it were your heart, you would also notice real breathlessness, and you haven't, have you?

How is the swelling in your feet, Nigel.

Your sodium is low, so it's not salt intake.

Could it be your circulation? Are your feet feeling cold?

I have Raynaud. His is not circulation.

It is a reaction to one of the molecules in the medications they gave him.

You should see about a private doctor away from the ones you see at the hospital you would have to pay for the full cost but may be worthwile.

I am happy at least you got out on your scooter for a few rounds. This is nice.

I don't like what i see on the pictures. This is more than capillaries.

Is the pain still as bad?

Hi Nigel,

I hope you are doing well today.
Someone I know (who hasn't yet been banned from The Other Forum) told me that there is a pinned thread about Dandelion Root killing cancer cells in 48 hours....might be worth a punt, especially as dandelions grow like weeds here in the uk!

Sending love.

The left leg has gone from bad to worse in a major way. I now get the most excruciating pain that just comes on without warning. It is so bad that I am left gasping for breath. The pain feels like I have sat in a bonfire! It leaves me screaming in agony. I must wake all the neighbours up with my screaming. The pain will then last for about 30 minutes before subsiding to my relief! Everytime I think this is the one that will finally kill me. The stress it must be causing on the heart I can not imagine!

I have an appointment with the Oncologist tomorrow at the hospital. I also am scheduled for tests although I am not sure what those tests will be. I will let you know
I am still awake at 02:15 here. This is because (I know I will sound silly here) I am scared to go to sleep as I am worried I will wake up screaming in agony and have to wait 30 minutes for that pain to subside.

Whatever it is you do pray, chant mantras, offer vibes or anything else. I make a special heart filled request that you do it now for me I really am need right now. Thanks in advance.

I'm so sorry! :(
I will pray for you right now.
Nigel, if I were you I would call an ambulance, this is NOT dealable-with at home, never mind what the b****s said, go to A + E, they will HAVE to treat you.

I totally agree with this.

Call an ambulance!!!!!!! I think you need proper medical care....I'd also cut back in the home remedies for now and take the advice they give you!

I will be in the big city all day. Will have you in mind.

I will go to one particular church in the city and light a candle for you and let the Spirit do the rest.

Materially speaking it is the doctors who are at fault here leaving you in such a condition without any answers or treatment aside from chemo and morphine without seriously investigating your case.

It is so so sad to see you like this enduring such excuciating pain.

Sending you Love and Light. Will check on the thread when I get home later tonight.

Firstly let me say this. Calling an ambulance to take me to the hospital over going there on my own scooter makes no sense! Why? Well on calling the ambulance I would be assessed and put into a certain priority group. In my case that would be a low priority group. Being in a low priority group would mean a wait of at least 1 hour for the ambulance. I would take the scooter.

Secondly. I am not about to throw the towel in on alternative meds and treatment. Even more so after I have seen the results of it working. What and accept that 'Big Pharma' was right all the time lol

It would be very important to find out what's causing the swelling and rash in finding a treatment obviously. Maybe a private doc should take a look at it or even come see you?

Meanwhile, sending some healing thoughts and prayers
