Yes it is indeed! hi5.gif

I think having a healthy gut has a way bigger influence on our health than they pretend. I bet whole ranges of mental issues among others would disappear if this was addressed properly.

I've lost all kinds of weight and I eat like a horse and drink plenty of beer on the weekends.

It does seem that all the big thinkers I know, are the more concerned for their health and diet then the average sheepeople. I suppose that is one of the reasons the PTBs work so hard at poisoning the minions with their food supply and medicine.

I think this is a good thread to repeat this:

The single most important thing you can do for your own health is to cut all sugar out of your diet imo. It's freaking poison for your body and addictive as crack.

Back when I ate bread and sugar, I could never have enough to eat. Since quitting everything processed (except bacon (chuckle.gif) I feel better than ever. Can't stress enough what a night and day difference this really is.

All processed food must go. A person can save so much money and enjoy better health just by learning to grow and raise their own food and to forage in the forests.

Quote:A super diet pill aimed at curbing fat people's appetites could soon be a reality thanks to boffins who have found the secret to tackling obesity may lie in the brain.

The researchers, whose findings are published in the Cell journal, studied insulin and leptin hormones, which inhabit the AgRP molecule and are vital to maintaining the body's energy balance.

They did so by creating a strain of mice to explore the effects of appetite stimulation and discovered a gene called Gpr17.

The scientists found that when the gene was injected into normal rodents, it resulted in an increase in appetite and a decrease when it was blocked - without negative side effects.

They said the gene is also found in humans and would be a good target for fat busting drugs, which could be available in only a few months by modifying existing medicines to target the brain.

Good stuff. I'm all for whole foods, have been for about 5 years now, and I've never felt healthier.

A short update.

Just over a week ago I had to take a z pack because my daughter was diagnosed with Pertussis (whooping cough). I had quit drinking the kefir because I figured it was a waste with the antibiotics. I took my first dose (always a double dose on day 1) on Friday evening and Saturday I had to use my inhaler for the first time in over a month and my candida flared up. After a few days of inhalers and rashes I resumed the kefir and even increased the amount I was drinking and my issues cleared up. While the kefir I am drinking will keep the candida under control, I will not be rid of it until I can get the full effects from the cultured foods and the real milk kefir.

My water kefir is growing out of control. I started with about 3/4c on 05/27 and now have nearly 5c! It is my understanding that the milk kefir grains will do the same thing. That's why it is so easy to find people online giving them away.

I am not your blowing wind, I am the lightning
