Problems with the Constitution

I was asked what the first amendment, the 2nd amendment, the 4th, the 5th and the 10th amendments do, that I see as being damaging.

I said in response...

It basically makes it easy to be a violent, vile, disorderly, disrespectful, abusive, criminal... it opens an OBVIOUS and PROVEN can of worms for the cities to become trash.
It also creates an environment where you can just vote with your feet, and viola... you're no longer a criminal, with the same exact behavior.

Let me elaborate.

The first amendment makes it easy to form cults, whereby your idiocy, and potentially dangerous intentions become entrenched.... for example the Branch Davidians in Texas, and the FLDS in Utah, and people like Jim Jones.

It makes it easy to form criminal gangs, and call it a club or an "organization".

It also denies justice to people who you verbally and emotionally abuse.

The second amendment puts guns into the hands of undisciplined, untrained, unprofessional civilians who have more "civil rights" than what they have regulations and privileges, that creates the gun crime problem when the guns wind up in the hands of evil people.

Because the untrained, undisciplined civilian doesn't see the problems with the unprofessional and dangerous handling of the gun.... that a trained professional would pick up on immediately.

The 4th amendment creates ghettos because it turns everyday houses into hideouts, brothels, death traps, a killer's private mausoleum, a prison, a meth lab, drug store, an Illegal Ellis Island... and the place where women and children are abused the most often.

It also allows people to very poorly maintain the property, and lack homeowner's insurance.

It also allows people to get on the phone and call Mecca.

The 5th amendment in most cases is inconsequential..... but there are parts to it that make it easy to be a criminal....
And slows down the process of rescuing kids who have been kidnapped.

The 10th amendment makes a national environment where the same exact behaviors that is illegal for a reason is legal somewhere else.

It allows people to play the "Mommy Daddy" game with the states, and generally speaking the place where the behavior is legal, is also the worse place to live UNLESS you are involved in that behavior.

Basically it turns the country into a Confederacy.

That right there is the point in regulation.

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice
