That's pretty average isn't it? I don't usually follow that stuff. We live on bedrock so quakes are pretty rare. They do happen though. We felt one a few years back.

Those bedrock quakes are massive when they go above mag 5 they at five feel like a 6 in Cali from the resonance of the rock. California shakes usually goes for liquefaction and undulating shock wave

Well we're in the middle of a tectonic plate basically without fault lines or anything, so if a big one hits we'll know pretty quickly we're ƒükkêd .

We live in Finland, so we're essentially ƒükkêd anyway but at least we're used to it. We'll survive a lifetime, possibly two; in order to experience more cold weather. coffeetime.gif

The only thermal here is my long-johns. chuckle.gif That's more an Icelandic thing, there are no thermal springs up here. -40c damned.gif That is really cold. I moved here from Florida about 7 years ago, and still haven't quite made the adjustment.
On the upside, great place in the Summer. Mild temps and sunshine 24/7. Some summers it can get 30+ and stay that way. Problem is there is no residential AC, so you basically have to walk around nekkid.
