If I had to decide which Doors song was my favorite...

This would probably be the one...

The first song on their second studio album from 1967...

Sounds really good listening in the dark with real head phones...

"Strange days have found us
Strange days have tracked us down
They're going to destroy our casual joys
We shall go on playing or find a new town
Strange eyes fill strange rooms
Voices will signal their tired end
The hostess is grinning, her guests sleep from sinning
Hear me talk of sin and you know this is it
Strange days have found us
And through their strange hours we linger alone
Bodies confused,memories misused
As we run from the day to a strange night of stone"

I agree, Light my Fire was to this day one of my favorite Doors songs and Ray's keyboard play.

Our rock and roll heroes are checkin out. Last year was Jon Lord from Deep Purple.

Trevor Bolder from Spiders From Mars just died.

When Page and Plant go, I'm done. Not to mention Bowie. Those days and people in my life were the best of my life.

Who Scared You?

Another one of my favorite Doors songs...

Many people may have never heard this before...

Because it was never released on any of their studio albums >

For a rock band who only released six studio albums...

The Doors sure had (have) a lot of really good songs >

"An ancient lunatic reigns in the trees of the night"

"Do you remember when we were in africa?"
