A mattress brewer?

Are you planning on brewing coil spring, water or memory foam mattresses?

Doesn't it though? Don't need (or want) a mansion with 5,000 sq ft per person, just a place to sleep. Save the space for outside! yay.gif add some revenue and blink.gif I could get used to that.

beercheer.gif you'd want to get rid of those 'permanent outdoor dining' tables, they look like McD's. And clean up the beach, should be clean sand not weeds. Put up a few rental cabins on the 2 empty lots and make it a sports pub with A/C. Jeez that would be fun.

I like that better, a bar down the beach hug.gif Sorry the red plastic chairs have got to go, rattan only. No swimming pool either, every friggin property i looked at had one and they're ugly, expensive and useless. An insult to the ocean.

chuckle.gif hug.gif I think we'd create a crazy fun establishment. That contest, that can't be a fly-by-night shabby submission, that's got to be researched hell to breakfast and back. I have a basic idea yes beercheer.gif
