Remember we used to live in an old brewery with ghosts? I have an interesting follow up

It wasn't anything sinister or threatening, the kids had a very happy childhood there and still think they were lucky to grow up in such a place.

I hope so, but watching paranormal ghost hunting shows, it's always the children that are terrorized. BTW, what are you doing up so early?

No the kids never expressed any fear or terror there.

I have to get up early for work. I could certainly have slept for another couple of hours. 13.gif

The father of Octo's kids (whom I happen to know rather well)
decided one night not to take anymore crap from the ghosts.

After the incident with the daughter - which was just about the
creepiest sheit he'd ever experienced (straight out of "Poltergeist")
- he just planted hisself smack dab in the middle of the apartment
and firmly (but not entirely unfriendly) and loudly asked the present
umh...entities to give it a friggin' rest.

And guess what - it sort of stopped.
For quite some time.

But of course, the baby-dad was a young, unafraid sort of spiritual-
warrior-type back then. His home in constant dealings with the
immaterial, so to speak...power-central of an entire tribe.

(Today, he's an old, forgotten dito chuckle.gif His very modest home
barely seeing visitors. Which is how he likes it.)

Muahhahh.
Surprises me not, that weakhearts might find the place unlivable.
Dready nah fear duppy.
Muahhahhahh.
The Blackheart Man - white as they come.

Oh, nevermind. 15.gif

Most people who visited found the place very tranquil and peaceful. I don't think we'd stayed there for as long as we did if we found it any other way.

Hey cool story Octo. If you don't mind me asking. Which area of the world is the brewery in? It's too bad the ghosts don't continue to brew beer.

Anyway, I had the awesome experience of seeing a full fledged ghost when I was younger in my parents' house. For whatever reason that was the most fear I have EVER felt in my life. I couldn't move, frozen with fear and I peed my pants. lol. Anyway this ghost was a woman wither her hair up. Looked to be in her early 30s, was actually attractive. Some semi see through. I had just laid down in a bed, when she got around the edge of the bed I could see she was floating about a foot off the ground. Then she went right through CLOSED closet doors. When she went through I could hear the metal close hangers slightly jingle. It was one of the coolest things I have ever seen. At the time I was just thinking to myself. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not look at me! The ghost didn't though.

Now in retrospect I'm wondering if maybe it was a living person having an OBE. A say this because when I was about 23-24 years old I kept having spontaneous out of body experiences. One night I could not get any sleep because I kept rocketing out of my body. I prayed to God for the experiences to stop. After I did I never had another one again. However I have prayed again to have the experience but no luck.

And while we are talking about cool things like this, I also had two up close UFO sightings. As in the UFOs were literally no more than 50-75 feet away. Once when I was young this really small probe like thing came down and hovered underneath a street light for about 5 minutes. It gave off a high pitched electric humming noise.

I had another where I heard the eeriest coolest pulsing electric sound fill my apartment on a warm summer night, as my sliding glass doors to the balcony were open to get air. I ran outside and saw a disc fly DIRECTLY over my head. I was on the 3rd story of a 3 story apartment building. It was no more than 75 feet or so above me and literally flew directly over my balcony. I wish I had the sense to record the sound it made. It was so cool. It was a disc, maybe 45 ft diameter with 4 lights on the bottom. It was flying very slow and low. It couldn't have been doing more than 30-40 miles per hour. Though I wonder if it was one of ours, as about a minute later a black helicopter flew directly in the same flight path that the UFO had just flown. When it went over my balcony I ran out of my apartment into the parking lot so I could watch it some more. Unfortunately no one else was out to see it as it was like 2 am in the morning.
It REALLY freaked my girlfriend out at the time.

Wow, that's some pretty intense experiences. Thanks for sharing.

The old brewery is located on the west coast of Finland. Next to it is the Old Cemetery. We were out there one All Hallows' Eve night taking pictures. I took a pic that scared the crap out of us when we saw it because it was a perfectly clear night with no wind, fog or mist.

Let me dig up that pic and post it.

Notice how the mist (that was invisible to the naked eye) seems to go straight through the headstone to the left.

well... then i have no explanation for it. damned.gif
(could have been a dirty lens. dust particles. but if you haven't encountered it in other similar pics it's probably unlikely to be dust or dirt etc.)

No, we took several pics and that's the only one with the mist in it. damned.gif

Yes I know about dirty lenses and also dust particles. In fact I think the majority of so called orbs are dust particles. I do have a degree in media and have operated cameras in productions so I'm not a total bimbo in that regard chuckle.gif
