The very last song Jim Morrison ever made with The Doors...

So unique shimmering profound magnificent haunting and ominous...

Quote: Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Into this house we're born
Into this world we're thrown
Like a dog without a bone
An actor out on loan
Riders on the storm

There's a killer on the road
His brain is squirming like a toad
Take a long holiday
Let your children play
If you give this man a ride
Sweet family will die
Killer on the road, yeah

Girl you gotta love your man
Girl you gotta love your man
Take him by the hand
Make him understand
The world on you depends
Our life will never end
Gotta love your man, yeah

Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Into this house we're born
Into this world we're thrown
Like a dog without a bone
An actor out on loan

Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm

Just like Jimi Hendrix and others if Jim Morrison had lived The Doors would have continued to musically and lyrically advance and progress throughout the 1970s and beyond...

As this song posted above Riders On The Storm was released within their final album made with him and it is perhaps their best record L. A. Woman...

And so now we can only imagine listening to their unknown music they were unable to create that we'll never hear...

Quote:"Strange days have found us strange days have tracked us down they're going to destroy our casual joys"

"Strange days have found us and through their strange hours we linger alone bodies confused memories misused as we run from the day to a strange night of stone"

One of the most panoramically awesome electric guitar solos ever performed within this number one hit song with around fifty million you tube views (*-*)
