I remember a poll some 10 years ago, they asked the Finns who is the biggest threat to world peace or something similar. Up till 2001 the majority always considered Soviet Russia to be that threat. The US is considered to be the current world bully.
This is of course due to foreign policy and nothing to do with the people of a country. Most people can tell the difference.

and by dissolving the Soviet Union,,,they were able to get the World to become
relaxed about it all,,,if this is true,,,it has worked,,,along with that were other
plans to weaken other aspects of the "World",,,then the plan was to put it
back together,,,and go for the World,,,pretty crazy right???,,,except,,,
there are supporting factors,,,in fact many of them,,,so,,,guess we will see,,,
