Quote:The researchers have resurrected a 500-million-year-old gene and inserted it into a modern E Coli bacteria.

The 'Frankenstein' germ has thrived. In the lab, the creation has now lived through 1,000 generations.

The scientists hope to find out whether the 'ancient' bacteria will evolve the same way it did 'first time round' - or whether it will evolve into a different, new organism.

‘This is as close as we can get to rewinding and replaying the molecular tape of life,’ said scientist Betül Kaçar, a NASA astrobiology postdoctoral fellow in Georgia Tech.

The new 'chimeric' bacteria has mutated rapidly - and some have become stronger and healthier than today's germs.

JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THIS ESCAPES INTO THE POPULACE, THESE muthaforkers HAVE TO BE STOPPED! SCIENCE SHOULD SERVE THE PEOPLE NOT BE DEVISING WAYS TO KILL THEM!

They better mix it somehow with the radioactive black fungi that is spreading in Japan, you know, because we can.

They'll splice it, and you'll like it Got that!

Miaaaaahahahahahahaha

Maybe all the chemtrails have to be sprayed in the atmosphere to counteract some other crazy stuff they released earlier, you know, when they thought, "hey! thats a great idea!"

Oh yeah, they've had a lot of great ideas, like project starfish where they blew up the Van Allen belts, irradiated the entire planet and thereafter increased cancer rates astronomically. To cover it up they blamed it on cigarettes. coffeetime.gif

How else will they know what it is? Oh look we have a Van Allen belt, wonder what it does... Let's blow it up with nukes. gaah.gif

They'll probably release their research as well so everybody can make their own bacterial cocktails. Or even a DIY splicing kit. 'Splice me Nice'.

13.gif We're going to have to start consulting with one another on our posts so we don't have nearly identical replies. lmao.gif

rofl.gif Funny you should mention that. Been working on some mods today, I usually test them out when the forum is least busy, around 3:00 am EST is usually the best time to unleash the Krackin! İmage
