I think he wants congress to act on legalization at a Federal level. The way it is is screwed, leave Colorado with a bud in your car you forgot about and get pulled over elsewhere a they find it and guess what?
He seems like Trump's real worst enemy.

This kinda' smarts to hear him talk this "I've been living under a rock and don't know nuthin' 'cept Jebus says pot's bad" smack from some morally nonexistent high ground temple of bullshit.
This stinks to high heaven with the scent of big pharma involvement with his wallet on some level.
Considering president Trump was quoted as saying it's "a States Issue" and Sessions I wanna' go get 'em actions go directly against that, he seems like he's doing his best to shoot the presidents reelection chances in the foot.
