Can they make me a sandwich?

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

They can probably do a sandwich with two of them.

Quote:Musk, a billionaire who also heads SpaceX, then spoke of the importance of government regulation that is proactive, not reactive, to protect people. And he explained the conundrum companies face because if they don't embrace A.I. they could fall behind the competition.

He also says that AI is a risk to human civilization. Right now it is the threat of AI taking away jobs from humans.

I would hope that he would embrace AI in use in spacecraft so as to eliminate perhaps a good percentage of human error, or to take over for long distance space exploration.

Then again, we are heading into porn+ AI in the form of sex robots, so this combination, to me, in terms of benefiting humans (particularly objectifying sex) is doubtful.
