Here's an interesting study related to smoking a 'strong' joint and why paranoia might set in.

Indica = Veg

Indica has the body high and Sativa has a head high.

I've been in favor of medicinal marijuana ever since California legalized it and Silly Billy Clinton and Janet Reno combined to enforce Federal law and had Fed Marshals arrest those who were benefitting from it. (The MJ, not Federal Law.) Anyway, that resulted in the deaths of several people who were benefitting from the CA law, including Peter McWilliams - a good guy and a writer who wrote the "Do It" books.
Thing was, Clintoon admitted to the occasional recreational toke himself yet wanted to take it away from people who needed it to live. That's just obscene...
Anyway, more power to Canada if they can get it done.

Nabisco moved oreo plant to Mexico and, as D Trump is protesting this by never eating another oreo, maybe it's time everyone protests in this manner.

So the link below says 600 jobs will be lost and not 1200 - still jobs are lost to Mexico.

Sorry for going off-topic CC, but the mention of oreo sets me a typing this.

Oreo cookie recipe from scratch, just add weed to the cream filling or add weed butter instead.

Are there complications and reactions from other drugs when smoking recreational MJ? dunno.gif ...

"London Drugs’ vice-president of pharmacy John Tse said it makes perfect sense to sell medical marijuana through drugstores, since the product has pharmacological effects and can potentially interact with other medications. Pharmacies are already tightly regulated, he said, and are ubiquitous across the country, ensuring that most people who need the drug will be able to get access to it."

There appears to be seven major drugs that react with cannabis.

Acetaminophen/Propoxyphene: Dizziness, confusion, difficulty concentrating - in elderly mostly.

Aspirin/Caffeine/Propoxyphene: Same as above, with lack of motor coordination.

Buprenophrene/naloxone: nervous system depression, respiratory distress, severe reactions may result in coma and death

Levomethandyl acetate: Same as acetaminophen, with low blood pressure, slow or shallow breathing

Sodium oxybate: Same as levomethandyl

-----------

And of course alcohol with symptoms the same as acetaminophen.

So, I think wherever they want to sell recreational MJ, all they have to do is post dug reaction warning information.

It seems mixing cannabis with alcohol and other drugs causes more reactions in the elderly.
