Simple green baking soda & hydrogen peroxide

Yeah, baking soda didn't work so well in the long run. I noticed my scalp started smelling wet dog when it rained.

just use a soap, a natural oil one or even goats milk soap is nice on the hair.. it didnt make my hair feel clean bi carb, made my scalp tingle so im sure it fixed up some bacteria or something, fungus shït?

I'm still drinking hydrogen peroxide, 4drops in a glass of water in the morning, I have had bad candida issues, and even though I cleared it all, my tongue still had a film on it some days, with the small amount of peroxide, tongue is clear as ğck .. I feel better in my body too.

My body just wasn't producing enough of it.

I still have some food grade peroxide in the frigerater I wonder how long it's good for its about a year old.

it would still be good after a year, maybe its lasts ten years or forever? cant see how it would ever go bad..

Good that stuff is expensive keeping it in refer keeps longer I heard just don't know how long. I have been drinking colidial silver lately but may switch tommorow to peroxide for a couple weaks.

it was cheap here in OZ, i just bought a small 200ml bottle of 3% food grade from a reputable herbalist store in the city, was maybe 3 bucks?
