Every year I plant new flowers in my large clay pot in my front yard. This year I planed a dwarf sunflower surrounded by purple/yellow striped annuals. It just bloomed recently and I basically just got to enjoy looking at it once because yesterday someone cut it off and stole it. gaah.gif I raised it from a little seed.

Aww jeez gaah.gif why? Well, maybe it was a kid wanting to give something pretty to his mother. I know, I'm stretching it, but perhaps it brought someone a smile sad2.gif

I thought that too, but if it was a child, the child should be taught not to steal from others and how to make gifts by their own hand.

No fun in putting in the effort to make something nice just to have someone wreck it. Kinda like Mother Earth. We have this amazing planet and we're just wrecking it.

From now on I'm planting extra special flowers in the back yard, so I can at least enjoy looking at them more than once. I don't ask for much out of this life.

So there was another theft this time from my back yard.

So, when my son moved out he left some of his juvenile items, one was a stick with an 'Alien' head on the end of it. So, I thought I would use it in place of a gargoyle, of which I still am on the hunt for a really scary stone one.

Anyway, it's gone! I wonder if it is a collector's item because my son would have bought it when the 'Alien' movies were out. Hubby will be happy because he's been asking me to throw it in the garbage for a year now. chuckle.gif To you guys.
