Seems like you had problems before we even had ads up and running, so no I don't think it's that. 13.gif

Not to get all sappy.. but that meant a lot to me and no matter what forum I go to.. Kritterbox will always be my home..

I am extremely appreciative of their kindness toward me.. they are both some really stand up people.

And the regulars on the forum are awesome too.. a lot of intelligent wit.. just seems to be a little more mature of a crowd.. but they still love to have a good time and laugh it up.

Plus.. when have you EVER seen this many people with cat avatars?!

So.. let me just say..

this past summer a couple of us were in chat on a beautiful afternoon for most of the country. I was outside enjoying the day cammed up enjoying one of the most perfect days of the year.

Happy.

Karen was also outside on cam with her brother. Smiling, eating, laughing. Living. She was at her absolute best that day.

And that's how I will remember her. And it gives me tears of joy.

Lovely.....thank you for sharing that.....and btw Kal I miss the hell out of you (this is greenaq btw)....I had a very, very detailed dream about Jenny Lewis playing a full concert (strangely she wore different outfits for each song) a couple nights ago, and I thought of you. :)

I've been enjoying it here in Kritterland too, with such kind hosts indeed. cheers.gif And cat avs for the win! chuckle.gif On a slightly more serious note in response to you and some of what Kal said up there - as you know I was pretty devastated about what happened over there in Lop-land, in part because I was watching something unfold that I felt helpless to change...

Here's the thing that I've come to realize (warning, armchair psychoanalysis impending).... the only thing that you are guilty of is perhaps having led others to believe you are a bad person (you often do this sub/unconsciously) to test who is willing to dig around, root around, for the truth and see who you really are. The truth is, if they really knew you, they'd see what a good, caring, loyal person you are. Sometimes it frustrates me to watch stuff unfold because I can understand how others arrive at their (mis)perception of you. But you are a complex Kitter with a crazy-past (like me) so I understand why you tick the way you do.

Greenie!!!!

I miss you too, sweetheart. hug.gif

I hope you're doing ok. I've had a real rough couple of days. Don't know if I'm going to be around much this spring and summer.

Someone took my heart and ripped it out. Listening to Jenny is not advisable at this moment...but that sounded like a pretty awesome dream.

Oh....I'm sorry to hear that....heart-ripping sucks big time. :( hug.gif Please hang in there, you will heal in time, as you know.....listen to Jenny when you're ready - or other sad music for a cathartic cry sometime.

I'm doing much better than I was weeks ago....for awhile I was in a pretty dark place, but I've just been recently coming out of it.

Let's exchange contact info somehow....I'll go hunt you down on LOP (I figured out who you were instantly the other day when I read one of those dead-on-point posts of yours LOL) or maybe you could send me a message.

:bearhug:
