At least five new movies from Sony Pictures are being devoured on copyright-infringing file-sharing hubs online in the wake of the hack attack that hobbled the studio earlier in the week.

Copies of DVD screeners of four unreleased Sony movies including the upcoming “Annie” are getting some unwelcome early exposure, but nothing compared with the frenzy enveloping “Fury,” the war pic still in theaters that bowed last month.

“Fury” has been downloaded by over 888,000 unique IP addresses since showing up on peer-to-peer networks on Nov. 27, according to piracy-tracking firm Excipio. That’s high enough to be the second most-downloaded movie currently being pirated, and it’s not out of movie theaters yet.

Why are the movies on servers to begin with? They can't really be that stupid can they?
Unencrypted files? FFS...
Anyone with rudimentary knowledge of the way these things work, knows that NOTHING is really secure if it's connected to the internet.

The ZIOS never put the full movie up for encryption hack before a premiere release unless they want it to be hacked.

The Zios own holly weird they like promoting Gays, Demons, Greed , etc
loosing mid to low budget movies could be a ploy with a agenda.

Apparently the FBI has analyzed the code behind the malware responsible for this and guess what...
Korean language packs were found. At this point, I doubt that there is some underlying agenda on the part of Hollywood.
The movies that were hacked were all crap anyway, I could care less about seeing any of them. Like the music industry and MSM, Hollywood is operating on an outdated business model.
New movies should be available on a pay per view type setup in addition to playing in theaters. They create their own problems clinging to a 1950's business model that doesn't recognize the Internets existence.
Stupid.
